ProSearch Recruiting Group was born from a shared passion for community and connection. Our founders, Wendy Ortega, Jim Geist, and Sierra Griswold, came together with a simple but powerful idea: to create a recruitment firm that not only bridges the gap between employers and talent but also strengthens the community we love.
With decades of combined experience in recruitment, Wendy, Jim, and Sierra each bring their unique talents and perspectives to ProSearch.
